About the event
Event Info:
Hosted by Atlanta Campaign, Inc., the Battle of Franklin & Franklin Campaign Reenactment commemorates the 162nd anniversary of Hood's November-December 1864 campaign in Middle Tennessee. The event features three scenarios portraying the three major battles of Hood's Tennessee Campaign: Spring Hill (Saturday morning tactical), Franklin (Saturday afternoon) and Shy's Hill during the Battle of Nashville (Sunday afternoon). The Florida Brigade was engaged during all three battles, and were the center of the line on Shy's Hill. In addition to three battle scenarios, there will be a ball and ladies tea as always, and 7lbs of Bacon will play.
