If parent or legal guardian is not attending or participating, Unit Commander assumes responsibility for the minor and their actions.

*Parent/Legal Guardian assumes all risks inherent to Civil War reenactment, including black powder and livestock use. I hereby release and discharge McCulley Farms, Florida Battalion of Infantry, host units, and all organizers from any liability, claims, or demands for injury, death, or property damage arising from this event, even if caused by negligence. This waiver is governed by Florida law. By signing, I acknowledge I have read and voluntarily accept these terms.
