I hereby release and discharge McCulley Farms, Florida Battalion of Infantry, host units, and all organizers from any liability, claims, or demands for injury, death, or property damage arising from this event, even if caused by negligence. This waiver is governed by Florida law. By signing, I acknowledge I have read and voluntarily accept these terms.
