Sutler Application

If you are interested in attending the Campaign for the Deep South as a Sutler, please complete the following Sutler Application. Submission of an application does not guarantee a spot at the event. All applications will be promptly reviewed and we will notify you if it is accepted or not as soon as we are able to. Please be aware submission of this Application also serves as event registration for you and all parties associated with your sutlery, if accepted.

Please be aware, if selected Sutlers are required to send a $250 check as a deposit. This will be given back at check-in. If a Sutler cancels or does not show up, the $250 deposit will not be returned.

I agree to follow all rules and regulations outlined by the event organizers.

Sutler and all associated parties assumes all risks inherent to Civil War reenactment, including black powder and livestock use. I hereby release and discharge McCulley Farms, Florida Battalion of Infantry, host units, and all organizers from any liability, claims, or demands for injury, death, or property damage arising from this event, even if caused by negligence. This waiver is governed by Florida law. By signing, I acknowledge I have read and voluntarily accept these terms.

Please be aware we power and water supply may be limited. If you require power and/or water for your sutlery, please be prepared to supply your own.
